Returns and exchanges
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
TSK Monograms will issue a replacement for items that are received not as described. TSK Monograms inspects all items before they are packaged to be shipped. If you fail to provide the correct initials for monogramming, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted for items that are not personalized. You have 7 days after you receive the item to request a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after the item is received by TSK Monograms in it's original packaging.
If there is a mistake on your order, TSK Monograms will replace the item at no charge to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer will pay shipping for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Items that are subject to a refund or exchange must be mailed back to TSK Monograms but for a replacement or refund is issued.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: Shipments made in the USA will be shipped via USPS, which can take 2 to 7 business days after processing (Depending on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. I.E. USPS Standard, Priority, Express). All orders can be tracked using the tracking numbers provided through Etsy. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. TSK Monogrammed Gifts is not responsible for refunds or shipping fees if you provided the wrong shipping address.
IMPORTANT: Shipping should NOT reflect the work of TSK Monograms. Shipping delays are in direct correlation with USPS and not TSK Monograms. However, choosing Priority Shipping will include insurance on your order in the event it is lost or damaged in transit to you and you will receive your order quicker once it is shipped!
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need or would like to request quicker shipping, other than the options provided during checkout, for a product or products, please message us. It will be at a higher shipping rate to ensure that your purchase is delivered in the time frame you are seeking, but communication will be key in this process.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Products will be shipped via USPS but once the shipment arrives in your country, it is up to your country to deliver the shipment to you.

Additional policies
If required information is not communicated by the time your order is being processed, TSK Monogrammed Gifts will choose what we think looks best for your order. This is typically in conjunction with not providing thread color and fonts to personalized items. If you specify a thread color or font that we do not provide, we will choose what closely resembles what you are asking for.
